Purpose and Mission Statement

The purpose of every police agency is based upon the protection and service to its  citizens.

  The Marshallville Police Department exists to provide that protection of life and property  as well as the highest level of services. 

It is the mission of the Marshallville Police Department, to impede criminal activity, to  apprehend violators of the law and to protect all persons regardless of background.  We complete our mission through; the enforcement of state laws, local ordinances and    federal statues; the implementation of modern police methods; and through the highest level of professional standards.

The members of the Marshallville Police Department reflect the pride in their community, their agency, and their chosen profession by the zeal with which they accomplish this mission.
